MCI Amsterdam arranges hotel accommodation for many international conferences in The Netherlands and internationally. MCI Amsterdam has been appointed as the official accommodation agent for ECTH 2016.
Selection of hotels
Together with organisation committee of ECTH 2016, MCI Amsterdam has prebooked a wide selection of hotels in The Hague in different categories (3 and 4-star).
Most hotels are within walking distance from the World Forum. You can book your hotel accommodation during the online registration. If you require assistance in booking your hotel accommodation, kindly contact the congress secretariat on firstname.lastname@example.org. As the demand for hotel rooms will be high during the congress, we suggest to reserve a hotel room as soon as possible.

As MCI Amsterdam has procurement contracts with many international and local hotel chains, you are offered the most competitive hotel rates for the ECTH 2016.
Please be aware that MCI Amsterdam is the only official housing partner associated with ECTH 2016. While other companies may contact you offering housing, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the ECTH 2016.

Individual reservations (maximum 9 rooms)
For individual bookings (up to 9 rooms), a deposit payment for the first night must accompany your reservation. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your hotel deposit. This prepaid deposit will be deducted from your final hotel invoice when checking out from the hotel. Potential additional incidents, such as mini-bar and telephone, must be paid directly to the hotel upon check-out.
Special requirements (as double room, twin room, smoking room) concerning the hotel rooms will be available upon request, and cannot be guaranteed.
In case of a cancellation of one or more nights or the entire stay before 5 August 2016, an administrative fee of € 45 will be charged per cancellation request. In the event of a late cancellation (received after August 5, 2016) or no-show, the full value of the cancelled night(s) must be paid.
A handling fee of € 45 per hotel room will be charged for each hotel modification received after 22 September 2016. All modifications, cancellations and special requests are subject to availability and only accepted by email to MCI Amsterdam: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Group reservations (10 rooms or more)
Group reservations for 10 rooms or more can only be made by special request. Please choose your preferred hotel and send your request by email: number of rooms, arrival and departure dates, room type (single or double), location and maximum room rate to email@example.com. A tailor-made offer will be sent to you within 2 working days following the receipt of your request. This will include the payment and cancellation conditions.
